Equity Release

Lifetime mortgages (also known as equity release) allow homeowners over the age of 55 to access some of the equity in their homes, without the need to sell up and move out.

Lifetime mortgages are complex, and impartial, practical advice is essential to ensure you make an informed decision.

Speak to one of our advisers to see whether this is the right option for you.

Protecting Your Mortgage

It's essential to consider the financial consequences to your family if you should die or suffer a life-changing illness before your mortgage is repaid.

Protecting your mortgage against death and critical illness may help your loved ones stay in the family home if the worst should happen.

Our advisers will provide a life assurance and critical illness cover recommendation with every mortgage application.
